A sync channel is a Slack channel where your assistant sends check-in messages and collects your team's updates. Each team or project you run a sync for counts as one channel.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your assistant pauses until you choose a plan. Your data and integrations stay intact. You are never locked out or asked to reconnect your tools.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What are AI tokens?
AI tokens are only used when you ask our AI a question or request help. Notifications and updates you receive from us do not count toward your token usage.
Do my team members need accounts?
