Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Leanback uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the reseller of our software licenses, and they handle transaction processing, billing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription to Leanback, the transaction is processed by Paddle, and your receipt will reference Paddle.

All transactions are subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

2. Standard 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. If you decide that Leanback does not meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction.

This policy is designed to align with and exceed the statutory consumer rights (including withdrawal rights under UK/EU consumer regulations) for digital products and services.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. To request a refund or cancel a subscription, you have two primary options:

• Through Paddle.net (Recommended): You can instantly look up your transaction and manage or cancel your subscription by visiting paddle.net. You will need your email address or the order ID from your purchase receipt.
• By Emailing Leanback Support: You can contact us directly at support@leanback.live. Please include your order ID and the email address associated with your account.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once an eligible refund is approved by support or processed via Paddle, the funds will be returned to the original payment method:

• Credit / Debit Cards: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
• PayPal: Typically processed within 48 hours.

5. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect clear signs of system abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Terms of Use.
